ABC Aerial Bundled Steel Reinforced 4 Core 95 mm² Aluminum Conductor BS7870-5 Overhead Electric Transmission Cable​ The ABC Aerial Bundled Steel Reinforced 4 Core 95mm² Aluminum Conductor, compliant with BS7870-5, is a high-performance solution for overhead electric transmission. This cable integrates four 95mm² aluminum conductors with a steel-reinforced core, merging conductivity and structural strength for medium to high-voltage networks.​ The 95mm² aluminum conductors (61% IACS conductivity) ensure efficient power transmission with minimal loss, while the steel reinforcement enhances tensile strength, enabling spans up to 150 meters. Its bundled design reduces electromagnetic interference and simplifies installation, supported by durable XLPE insulation resistant to UV, moisture, and temperatures from -40°C to 90°C.​ Compliance with BS7870-5 guarantees adherence to strict safety and performance standards, making it ideal for urban grids, industrial zones, and rural electrification. This 4-core cable balances load capacity (up to 220A per core) and durability, offering a reliable, low-maintenance option for modern overhead transmission systems.
