Constructed with 1350-H19 aluminum alloy (61% IACS conductivity), it delivers 55A continuous current per conductor at 90°C, ideal for 1kV three-phase systems.​ Each 6 AWG conductor comprises 7 strands (2.0mm diameter) twisted at 10× lay length, ensuring flexibility (bend radius 8× diameter) for pole-to-building installations. The quadruplex design integrates three phase conductors (black insulation) and one neutral (white insulation), reducing installation time by 40% vs. separate conductors. UV-stabilized PE insulation withstands -40°C to 90°C, ensuring 30-year service in diverse climates.​ Compliant with ASTM B230 and IEC 60228, it balances tensile strength (160MPa) and lightweight handling (0.52kg/m).
