4*16 ABC Cable Aluminum Conductor Overhead Twisted Cable​ The 4*16 ABC (Aerial Bundled Cable) Aluminum Conductor Overhead Twisted Cable is a compact 4-conductor solution for overhead power distribution, featuring four 16mm² aluminum conductors in a twisted configuration. Crafted from 1350-H19 aluminum alloy (61% IACS conductivity), each conductor delivers 65A continuous current at 90°C, ideal for 1kV low-voltage networks.​ Each 16mm² conductor comprises 7 strands (1.6mm diameter) twisted at 10× lay length, ensuring flexibility (bend radius 8× diameter) for pole-to-building installations. The ABC design integrates three phase conductors (colored PE insulation) and one neutral (white PE insulation) in a single twisted bundle, eliminating separate messenger wires and reducing installation time by 30%.​ UV-stabilized PE insulation withstands -40°C to 90°C, ensuring 25-year service in diverse climates. Compliant with ASTM B230 and IEC 60502, it balances tensile strength (1,200N bundle) and lightweight handling (0.38kg/m), making it ideal for rural electrification, residential areas, and small commercial zones requiring reliable overhead power delivery.
