U1000 R2V, U1000 R02V 4*1.5, 4G1.5 XLPE insulated cables are a type of high-performance cables suitable for low-voltage distribution systems. With the excellent characteristics of XLPE insulation layers and reasonable structural design, they show stable and reliable power transmission capabilities in building wiring, industrial control and other fields.​ The conductors of these cables are made of high-purity copper with a purity of ≥99.9%, manufactured through a multi-strand stranding process. The conductors of 4*1.5mm² and 4G1.5mm² specifications have a DC resistance of ≤12.1Ω/km at 20℃, which is much lower than the industry standard, and can effectively reduce energy loss during power transmission. Copper conductors have good conductivity with a conductivity of ≥98% IACS, which can ensure efficient power transmission. At the same time, the multi-strand stranding process enhances the flexibility of the conductor, making its minimum bending radius only 6 times the cable outer diameter (static), which is convenient for laying in narrow spaces and complex pipelines.​ The insulation layer is made of high-quality XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) material. After special cross-linking treatment, its temperature resistance level reaches 90℃, and it can work stably for a long time in the ambient temperature range of -40℃ to 90℃. Its volume resistivity is ≥10¹⁴Ω·cm, and the dielectric loss tangent is ≤0.002 (at 90℃), with excellent insulation performance, which can effectively isolate the risk of leakage between cores and ensure the safety of power transmission. XLPE material also has good chemical corrosion resistance, which can resist the erosion of acids, alkalis, oils and other chemical substances, prolonging the service life of the cable. In addition, the insulation layer has passed relevant flame retardant tests, has self-extinguishing property when burning in open fire, and has low smoke density, meeting fire safety requirements.​ The structural design of the cable is reasonable. Both U1000 R2V and U1000 R02V models have a 4-core structure, where 4*1.5mm² means 4 cores with a cross-sectional area of 1.5mm², and 4G1.5mm² emphasizes the stranding method and specification of the cores. The sheath layer is made of weather-resistant PVC material with a thickness of ≥0.8mm, a tensile strength of ≥12MPa, and an elongation at break of ≥150%, which can effectively resist the impact of external mechanical shocks, wear, ultraviolet radiation and other environmental factors, protecting the internal structure from damage. The rated voltage of the cable is 1000V, suitable for low-voltage distribution systems, meeting the power needs of most civil and industrial low-voltage electrical equipment.​ In terms of current-carrying capacity, these cables perform well. When laid in air, the current-carrying capacity is about 20A; when laid underground, it is about 25A, which can meet the power supply of lighting, small motors, instruments and meters and other equipment. Their outer diameter is small, the outer diameter of 4*1.5mm² cable is about 10mm, and 4G1.5mm² is about 11mm, saving installation space, suitable for laying in building walls, ceilings and inside industrial equipment and other places with limited space.​ In practical applications, these cables are widely used in indoor wiring of residential buildings and commercial buildings, such as power connection of lighting systems and socket circuits; in the industrial field, they can be used as signal and power transmission lines for industrial control equipment and automated production lines; in communication base stations, data centers and other places, they are used for branch lines of low-voltage distribution systems to provide stable power for various equipment. Their excellent performance and wide adaptability make them an indispensable part of low-voltage distribution systems.
