12/20kV copper (aluminum) Power Cable, specification 3×300mm² (main)+150mm² (ground), compliant with GB/T 12706. Conductor options: T2 copper or 1350 aluminum. XLPE insulation thickness 4.5mm. Double-layer galvanized Steel Tape armor, black PVC Sheath 3.2mm. Approx. diameter 85mm, copper weight 15kg/m, aluminum weight 9kg/m. Rated temperature 90℃, short-circuit 250℃ (5s).

Manufacturing Process

1. Conductor production with 54-die strander

2. Triple-layer co-extrusion for insulation (eccentricity≤10%)

3. 45° cross winding for armor layer

4. 100% pass partial discharge (≤10pC) and voltage test (30.5kV/5min)
