At 20℃, the DC resistance of the conductor is ≤3.08Ω/km, ensuring efficient current transmission. The current-carrying capacity when laid in air is 42A, which can meet the power transmission needs of small to medium-sized photovoltaic modules.
10mm² Cable: It consists of 7 strands of 1.35mm Flexible Copper Wires. The DC resistance at 20℃ is ≤1.83Ω/km, and the current-carrying capacity in air is 57A. This specification is suitable for scenarios with higher power requirements in photovoltaic systems.
16mm² Cable: Made up of 7 strands of 1.70mm Flexible Copper Wires. The DC resistance at 20℃ is ≤1.15Ω/km, and the current-carrying capacity in air reaches 74A, making it ideal for large-scale photovoltaic power transmission.
Insulation Parameters
H05V-K Type: The insulation layer is made of weather-resistant PVC. For the 6mm² cable, the insulation thickness is 1.0mm; for 10mm² and 16mm² cables, it is 1.2mm. The insulation layer has a temperature resistance range of -25℃ to 70℃, which can withstand the temperature fluctuations in most outdoor environments. The insulation resistance is ≥100MΩ (at 25℃), providing excellent electrical insulation performance.
H07V-K Type: The insulation layer is upgraded to temperature-resistant PVC. The thickness ranges from 1.0mm to 1.4mm depending on the cable specification. It can resist temperatures from -25℃ to 90℃, making it suitable for high-temperature environments such as areas with strong sunlight exposure. The insulation resistance is also ≥100MΩ (at 90℃), ensuring stable insulation performance even at high temperatures.
Sheath Parameters
H05V-K Type: The sheath is made of UV-resistant PVC. The thickness is 1.2mm for 6mm² cable and 1.5mm for 10mm² and 16mm² cables. The overall outer diameter of the cables ranges from 10.5mm to 15mm. The sheath has excellent ozone aging resistance, passing a 1000-hour ozone aging test without cracks, which can effectively resist the erosion of ozone in the atmosphere.
H07V-K Type: The sheath is added with carbon black additives to enhance its UV resistance, reaching a UV resistance grade of UVW 10. This enables the cable to be used in outdoor exposed environments for more than 15 years. The sheath also has a waterproof grade of IP67, preventing water intrusion and ensuring the safe operation of the cable in humid environments.
Electrical Safety Parameters
The rated voltage of all cables is 300/500V, suitable for the voltage level of photovoltaic systems. They can withstand a power frequency withstand voltage of 1.5kV for 5 minutes without breakdown, ensuring safe operation under normal and transient voltage conditions.

16mm² Cable: As the input line of centralized inverters above 15kW, it is widely used in large ground-mounted photovoltaic power plants. It can be directly buried (burial depth ≥50cm) in the ground, and the sheath has excellent soil corrosion resistance, which can last for 50 years in various geological conditions such as sandy soil, clay, and loam, ensuring long-term stable operation of the power plant.

Transportation Methods
Land Transportation: For short-distance transportation (within 500km), trucks are used. The reels are placed horizontally in the truck compartment, and wooden blocks or brackets are used to fix them to prevent rolling and collision during transportation.
Railway Transportation: For long-distance transportation, railway freight is chosen, which has the advantages of large capacity and stable transportation. The reels are loaded into railway containers, and appropriate fixing measures are taken to ensure safety.
Sea Transportation: For export products, sea transportation is used. The reels are placed in containers, and moisture-proof and rust-proof treatments are carried out on the reels and cables to prevent damage caused by seawater and humid environments during transportation.
Transportation Precautions
During loading and unloading, mechanical equipment such as cranes or forklifts should be used, and violent lifting and dropping are prohibited to avoid damaging the reels and cables.
The cables should be protected from direct sunlight, rain, and snow during transportation. If transported in open vehicles, they should be covered with waterproof cloth.
During transportation, avoid contact with sharp objects and chemicals to prevent the sheath from being scratched or corroded.
