Conductor: High-purity aluminum conductor (AL) is used. Aluminum has good electrical conductivity. Although its conductivity is slightly lower than that of copper, aluminum has a small density, light weight and relatively low price. It can ensure the conductivity while reducing the production cost of the cable and improving the economy of the product. At the same time, the selected aluminum conductor has undergone special treatment, with high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, and can adapt to complex outdoor environments.
Insulation layer: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) is used as the Insulation Material. XLPE is a polyethylene material that has undergone cross-linking treatment, with excellent heat resistance. Its long-term operating temperature can reach 90℃, and the short-term overload temperature can be as high as 130℃, which can maintain good insulation performance in high-temperature environments. In addition, XLPE also has good Chemical Resistance, aging resistance and electrical insulation performance, which can effectively prevent current leakage and ensure the safe operation of the cable.
Sheath: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is used as the sheath material. PVC has good mechanical protection performance and can resist external forces such as soil pressure, impact and friction. At the same time, PVC also has excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance, which can resist the erosion of sunlight, rain, chemical substances in the soil, etc. on the cable, and prolong the service life of the cable.
Style
Conductor manufacturing: First, the purity of aluminum raw materials is tested to ensure that their purity meets the requirements. Then, the aluminum rod is drawn into Aluminum Wires of the required diameter through a wire drawing process, and then multiple Aluminum Wires are twisted together to form an aluminum conductor. The twisting process can improve the Flexibility and mechanical strength of the conductor.
Insulation layer extrusion: The extrusion molding process is used to wrap the XLPE insulation layer around the aluminum conductor. During the extrusion process, parameters such as extrusion temperature, speed and pressure are strictly controlled to ensure that the insulation layer has a uniform thickness, a smooth surface, and is closely combined with the conductor without defects such as bubbles and impurities. Subsequently, the insulation layer is cross-linked, and the XLPE molecules are cross-linked by heating to form a three-dimensional network structure, thereby improving the heat resistance, mechanical strength and electrical performance of the insulation layer.
Cabling: The 3 main cores and 1 neutral core are twisted together according to a certain twisting method. During the twisting process, it is necessary to ensure that the positions of each core are accurate and the force is uniform. During the twisting process, some filling materials will be filled in the gaps of the cable to improve the roundness and stability of the cable.
Sheath extrusion: The PVC sheath is extruded over the cabled core, also using the extrusion molding process. Relevant parameters are controlled to make the sheath thickness uniform and closely combined with the core, forming a strong protective layer.
Quality inspection: After production, the cable undergoes a series of quality inspections, including electrical performance testing (such as insulation resistance, voltage resistance, etc.), mechanical performance testing (such as tensile strength, elongation at break, etc.), and appearance inspection. Only products that pass all inspections can leave the factory for sale.
Transportation methods: According to the order quantity and delivery location, road transportation, railway transportation or waterway transportation can be selected. For short-distance transportation, truck transportation is usually used; for long-distance transportation, railway transportation and waterway transportation are more economical.
Transportation precautions: During transportation, it is necessary to ensure that the cable reel remains horizontal, avoid tilting or inverting to prevent the cable from slipping off the cable reel. A certain distance should be maintained between the cable reels to avoid mutual collision and extrusion. At the same time, measures such as rainproof, sunproof and dustproof should be taken to prevent the cable from being affected by bad weather. The transport vehicle should drive smoothly during driving, avoiding sudden braking, sharp turns and other operations to reduce the impact on the cable.
Delivery time: After receiving the customer's order and confirming payment, we will arrange production and delivery as soon as possible. Generally, cables of conventional specifications can be delivered within 3-5 working days. For special specifications or large quantities of orders, the delivery time will be appropriately extended according to the production progress, and we will communicate with the customer in advance to confirm the delivery time.
Delivery process: First, conduct a final quality inspection of the cable to ensure that the product meets the requirements. Then, package and mark according to the customer's order requirements, and contact the logistics company to arrange transport vehicles. Before delivery, we will promptly inform the customer of the logistics information (such as logistics company name, waybill number, etc.) to facilitate the customer to track the transportation status of the goods.
