I. Core Information of the Product Itself

(I) Specification Parameters: Adapting to Diverse Power Transmission Needs
This series of 3-phase Power Cables covers 6 core specifications, specifically including 3G16mm², 3G25mm², 3G35mm², 3X50mm², 3X70mm² and 3X95mm². Here, both "3G" and "3X" represent a 3-core structure, and the numbers and units correspond to the conductor cross-sectional area. Different cross-sectional areas directly determine the current-carrying capacity and applicable power range of the cable:
  • 3G16mm², 3G25mm²: Suitable for small and medium-power scenarios, such as power supply for small industrial equipment and civil building branch lines, with current-carrying capacities of approximately 80A and 100A respectively;

  • 3G35mm², 3X50mm²: Adapted to medium-sized loads, which can meet the needs of workshop production lines and municipal lighting systems, with current-carrying capacities of about 130A and 160A;

  • 3X70mm², 3X95mm²: Designed for high-power scenarios, such as large industrial machinery and main lines of energy stations, with current-carrying capacities up to 190A and 230A.

All specifications adopt a 3-core symmetrical structure, which is suitable for 3-phase 380V and above voltage systems, ensuring balanced transmission of three-phase current and reducing line loss.
(II) Materials and Processes: Balancing Performance and Durability
  1. Core Materials

  • Conductor: High-purity electrolytic copper is used, with a copper content of ≥99.95% and a conductivity of ≥58MS/m, ensuring low-resistance transmission and reducing heat loss;

  • Insulation layer: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) is processed by high-temperature cross-linking technology, with a temperature resistance range of -40℃ to 90℃, an insulation resistance of ≥1000MΩ·km, and an electric strength of ≥20kV/mm, which can withstand short-term overvoltage shocks;

  • Armoring layer: Galvanized steel wires with a diameter of 0.8-1.2mm are selected, with a zinc layer thickness of ≥8μm, a tensile strength of ≥400MPa, and a bending number of ≥20 times (radius 10 times the diameter);

  • Outer sheath: Weather-resistant polyvinyl chloride (PVC), with acid and alkali resistance conforming to GB/T 2951 standard, and a low-temperature embrittlement temperature of ≤-25℃.

  1. Key Processes

  • Conductor stranding: A regular stranding method is adopted, with a pitch ratio of 12-16 times, ensuring the roundness of the conductor and reducing the skin effect;

  • XLPE insulation extrusion: Three-layer co-extrusion technology is used, with an insulation thickness deviation of ≤±0.1mm, and no defects such as bubbles and scorched particles;

  • Armoring forming: Steel wires are spirally wound, with a pitch of 20-30 times the diameter and an overlap rate of ≥15%, ensuring the armor layer is uniform and tight;

  • Sheath extrusion: An extrusion die is used, with a thickness of ≥1.8mm, which is closely attached to the armor layer without delamination risk.

  1. Core Features

  • Double protection: XLPE insulation + galvanized steel wire armoring form a "electrical insulation + mechanical protection" double guarantee, which can not only isolate current leakage but also resist external mechanical damage;

  • Environmental tolerance: It can adapt to various laying environments - it can withstand 300N/cm² soil pressure when directly buried underground, can withstand slight friction when laid in pipes, and has a wind load resistance of ≥0.5kN/m when laid overhead;

  • Long-life design: The Copper Conductor is treated with anti-oxidation, the anti-aging performance of XLPE insulation is ≥40 years, the anti-rust life of galvanized armor is ≥20 years (underground environment), and the overall design life is ≥30 years.

II. General Product Information

(I) Packaging Specifications
  1. Packaging Methods

  • Roll packaging: The length of each roll is 50m, 100m, and 200m according to different specifications (the maximum roll length of 3X95mm² is 100m), using wooden reels for packaging. The reel diameter is Φ600-1200mm, and the load-bearing capacity is ≥500kg;

  • Reel structure: The side plate thickness is ≥18mm, the axle diameter is ≥100mm, and it is equipped with a steel flange, which can be adapted to the pay-off frame for hoisting;

  • Protective measures: Both ends of the reel are wrapped with waterproof film, the outer layer is covered with a woven bag, and a specification label (including model, length, production date, and quality inspection number) is pasted on the reel body.

  1. Packaging Marks

  • Product label: Including model specification, rated voltage, length, execution standard (GB/T 12706), and production batch number;

  • Warning signs: Printed with "fragile", "moisture-proof", "up" and other diagrams, as well as hoisting position marks;

  • Certificate of conformity: Attached with a paper certificate of conformity, indicating the inspector number, delivery date, and warranty period.

(II) Transportation and Storage
  1. Transportation Requirements

  • Loading: Transport by flatbed truck or container. When the reels are placed flat, the number of stacking layers is ≤2 layers (the load-bearing capacity of the bottom reel is ≥ the total weight of the upper layer). When placed vertically, they must be fixed to prevent rolling;

  • Transportation restrictions: Avoid severe bumps (acceleration ≤3g), keep away from open flames and high-temperature sources (distance ≥10m), and cover with rainproof cloth when transporting in rainy days;

  • Loading and unloading: Use a forklift or crane. When hoisting, hook the special lifting holes of the reel flange. Do not directly lift the steel wire armor layer.

  1. Storage Specifications

  • Storage environment: A well-ventilated and dry warehouse with a temperature of -10℃ to 40℃, a relative humidity of ≤75%, and away from corrosive gases;

  • Stacking requirements: The reels are ≥10cm above the ground, with a spacing of ≥30cm, avoiding direct sunlight;

  • Storage period: The shelf life of unopened products is 18 months. If it exceeds the period, the insulation resistance (≥500MΩ·km) must be re-inspected before use.

(III) Delivery and Samples
  1. Delivery Process

  • Order confirmation: Confirm the specifications, quantity, and delivery date within 24 hours after receiving the order, and arrange production after paying the advance payment (≥30%);

  • Production cycle: 3-5 days for conventional specifications, 7-10 days for customized lengths, and 15-20 days for bulk orders (≥10km);

  • Logistics selection: Send by express (SF Express/Deppon) for ≤500m, and by special line logistics (Tiandi Huayu/Anneng) for >500m. Door-to-door delivery can be provided (3% freight added);

  • Delivery documents: Packing list, certificate of conformity, and test report (including 12 indicators such as conductor resistance and insulation thickness) are attached with the goods.

  1. Sample Service

  • Sample provision: 1m long samples are provided free of charge (limited to 2 specifications or less), and the freight is to be paid by the recipient;

  • Samples include: Cable samples, material certificates, and specification parameter tables;

  • Sample cycle: Regular specifications are shipped within 48 hours, and special specifications are shipped within 72 hours;

  • Customized samples: Support cutting specific lengths (≥3m) according to needs. A sample fee (calculated at 50% of the retail price) is required, which can be refunded after bulk purchase.

(IV) After-Sales Service
  1. Quality Assurance

  • Warranty period: 18 months from the date of acceptance. If there is non-human damage within the warranty period (such as insulation layer breakdown, armor layer cracking), free replacement or repair is provided;

  • Responsibility definition: Provide third-party test reports (such as SGS) to prove product quality problems, and customers need to cooperate to provide information such as installation environment and usage;

  • Disclaimer: For damages caused by improper installation (such as excessive bending, mechanical damage) and use beyond rated parameters, paid maintenance services are provided.

  1. Technical Support

  • Pre-sales: Provide specification selection guidance, and recommend suitable models according to power and laying methods (such as 3X50mm² and above specifications are recommended for underground direct burial);

  • In-sales: Provide installation manuals (including laying bending radius ≥12 times the diameter, joint processing specifications), and remote construction guidance is available;

  • After-sales: Respond within 2 hours after receiving fault feedback, provide solutions within 48 hours, and send technical personnel to handle major problems on-site (arrive within 24 hours in the province and 48 hours outside the province).

  1. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Return conditions: Within 7 days of receiving the goods, if the product is unopened and does not affect secondary sales, a return can be applied for (round-trip freight shall be borne);

  • Exchange requirements: For wrong specifications or quality problems, exchange can be made within 15 days, and the freight shall be borne by the supplier;
