This paper introduces XLPE copper power cables with specifications of 120mm², 25mm², and 35mm², including 3-core and 2-core structures, suitable for medium and low-voltage distribution systems.​ The cable conductors are made of high-purity copper, featuring excellent conductivity and low energy loss, which can meet different power transmission requirements. The insulation layer is cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), which can withstand temperatures up to 90℃, with stable insulation performance and anti-aging properties, and can resist environmental impacts such as moisture and chemical corrosion. The 3-core structure is adapted to three-phase circuits, suitable for industrial equipment and main power distribution in large buildings; the 2-core structure is applicable to single-phase circuits, such as residential power supply branches and small motor power supply.​ The current-carrying capacities of different specifications vary significantly: the 120mm² cable has a long-term allowable current-carrying capacity of about 300A, suitable for high-power equipment; the 35mm² is about 150A, adapted to medium-sized loads; the 25mm² is about 110A, meeting small-scale power distribution needs. The overall structure is compact with high mechanical strength, and can be laid by direct burial, pipe threading, or overhead, providing an efficient and reliable power transmission solution for industrial, civil, and commercial scenarios.
