This paper introduces two specifications of Na2xy-J 0.6/1kV XLPE insulated cables: 4X95mm² and 4X50mm². Both cables adopt aluminum conductors (Al), cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheaths, suitable for low-voltage distribution systems, with distinct structural designs and performance characteristics.​ The 4X95mm² cable features a four-core structure, with each core having a cross-sectional area of 95mm², boasting significant current-carrying capacity: the long-term allowable current-carrying capacity is approximately 240A when laid in air and about 280A when laid in soil, making it suitable for high-power scenarios such as industrial equipment clusters and large commercial buildings. The 4X50mm² cable has each core of 50mm², with a current-carrying capacity of about 160A in air and 190A in soil, applicable to medium-power needs like power distribution in small and medium-sized buildings and branch transmission.​ The XLPE insulation layer can withstand temperatures up to 90℃, with stable insulation performance and anti-aging properties; the PVC sheath has strong corrosion resistance, protecting the internal structure from environmental erosion. Although aluminum conductors have slightly lower conductivity than copper, they are lighter and more cost-effective, balancing economy and practicality. Both cables meet the safety standards of 0.6/1kV voltage level, providing reliable solutions for power distribution scenarios with different power requirements.​
