The H05VV-F series 300/500V flexible cables, with "multi-core structure, wide specification coverage, and high flexibility" as core advantages, cover four core counts (2-core, 3-core, 4-core, 5-core) and conductor cross-sectional areas ranging from 0.75mm² to 6mm². They can be widely used in power scenarios such as household appliances, power tools, industrial control equipment, and temporary power supply systems, and are representative flexible cable products that balance safety and practicality. In terms of product structure, the H05VV-F cable adopts a three-layer composite structure of "multi-strand thin copper wire conductor + PVC insulation layer + PVC sheath layer", and the overall design focuses on the dual needs of "flexibility" and "protection". The conductor part is made of multi-strand high-purity oxygen-free copper wires stranded (each copper wire diameter 0.15-0.25mm).
