This abstract introduces 4-core electrical wires cables, with specifications covering 10mm² and 25mm², rated voltage of 0.6/1kV, designed with pure copper conductors and PVC insulation.​ In terms of specifications, "4-core" means each cable contains 4 independent conductors, and 10mm² and 25mm² are the cross-sectional areas of a single conductor. The 10mm² cable has a long-term allowable current-carrying capacity of about 50-60A in a 30℃ environment, suitable for power transmission of 11-13kW under 220V voltage, such as small air compressors and partial power distribution in office buildings. The 25mm² cable has a current-carrying capacity of 90-100A, capable of carrying 19-22kW under 220V voltage, applicable to shopping mall air conditioning units and main cables of workshop production lines. The rated voltage of 0.6/1kV meets the requirements of low-voltage power distribution systems and can be connected to civil or industrial low-voltage power grids.​ In terms of materials, the pure copper conductor has a conductivity of 100% IACS, with low transmission loss, high mechanical strength and excellent bending resistance. The PVC insulation layer can withstand temperatures from -15℃ to 70℃, with an insulation resistance of ≥10¹⁴Ω·cm, which can effectively insulate current and has the characteristics of moisture resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. The overall structure is circular, with the sheath tightly wrapped, suitable for various laying methods such as pipe threading and direct burial.​ This cable is widely used in power supply of industrial equipment, power distribution in commercial places and lines in civil buildings, balancing safety and transmission efficiency.
