    The THHN Building Wire 12 AWG Stranded Copper Cable, with a core configuration of 600V rated voltage, PVC-nylon double-layer insulation, and 12 AWG stranded copper conductor, offers flexible sales methods by the foot or roll. It is an efficient wiring solution specially designed for electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and some residential buildings. Its 12 AWG (approximately 2.05mm²) conductor specification is suitable for current transmission needs of low-to-medium power circuits. The flexible structure of the stranded copper conductor facilitates wiring operations in complex environments, while the PVC-nylon double-layer insulation endows the cable with excellent temperature resistance, wear resistance, and electrical insulation performance. It can operate stably in various building environments such as dry and humid conditions, and is widely used in lighting, power distribution, equipment connection circuits, etc. At the same time, the flexible sales model can accurately match the dosage needs of different projects and reduce material waste.​ In terms of specification parameters, the 12 AWG conductor specification of this cable is accurately calibrated, corresponding to a conductor cross-sectional area of approximately 2.05mm². The rated current-carrying capacity complies with building electrical standards, which can stably support 15A-20A current, meeting the power supply needs of commercial lighting systems, ordinary power sockets, and small-to-medium-sized electrical equipment. At the same time, the nylon material can also enhance the chemical resistance of the cable, which can withstand the erosion of common cleaning agents and lubricants in buildings, protecting the inner PVC from damage. The combination of double-layer insulation enables the cable to meet electrical safety requirements and adapt to mechanical and chemical environmental challenges in building construction and long-term use, complying with the strict regulations of the THHN (Thermoplastic High Heat-Resistant Nylon-Coated) standard for insulation performance.​ In terms of application scenarios, relying on high voltage adaptability and durable insulation, this cable covers a wide range of building fields. In commercial buildings, it can be used as the main wiring for lighting circuits in office areas, shopping malls, and hotels, as well as power lines for equipment such as air conditioners, projectors, and POS machines. The 600V voltage is compatible with commercial power distribution systems, and the double-layer insulation can cope with frequent maintenance and environmental changes in densely populated areas. In industrial buildings, it is suitable for workshop lighting, small motors, and connection lines of control cabinets. The flexibility of the stranded conductor facilitates wiring around equipment, and the wear resistance of nylon insulation can resist dust and slight mechanical collisions in industrial environments. In residential buildings, it can be used as a dedicated line for high-power household appliances (such as ovens and dryers), or for wiring in areas with relatively complex environments such as attics and basements to ensure electricity safety. In addition, its sales model by foot/roll is highly flexible: small maintenance projects can cut the number of feet according to actual needs, avoiding waste of full-roll procurement; large-scale projects can choose standard rolls (usually 500 feet or 1000 feet per roll) to reduce procurement costs and meet the dosage needs of projects of different scales.​ In terms of construction and safety characteristics, the stranded conductor of the cable is easy to strip and wire, compatible with various terminals and connectors.
